1. Services

Due to the nature of technology and consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered or licenses activated.

In cases of service failure attributable to BottomLine Technology, we will work with the client to provide an appropriate credit or partial refund.
2. Products

Hardware or software purchased through BottomLine Technology may be eligible for return or replacement if defective, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and the product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Deposits

Deposits paid to confirm an order or project are non-refundable once procurement or project work has begun.
4. Disputes

Any disputes will be handled in good faith, aiming for resolution through communication.
